HRH The Prince of Wales, PFBC President, Visits St Mary’s Project in Norwich
Last week HRH The Prince of Wales visited Norwich to support the St Mary’s project and local community.

The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community welcomed their President, HRH The Prince of Wales to Norwich, along with the local community to showcase the St Mary’s project and BIMBY. BIMBY’s mission is to bring beauty into planning and new development, therefore the visit was to highlight how this could be achieved.

Best International are providing consultancy services to the owners of the site as they continue to develop their plans for the project. This is one of many new exciting projects Best International are involved with this year. The project is a unique opportunity in which urban development involves the local community to create sustainable and vibrant communities.

Local residents in Norwich will be the first community group to embrace the Prince’s Foundation for Building Community’s new ‘BIMBY’ Housing Toolkit.

Ben Bolgar, Senior Director Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, said: “BIMBY is all about supporting people to create beautiful and resilient communities that improve the quality of life of everyone involved. This is a central value of the Foundation so seeing it in action in Norwich is very exciting.”
