At the end of the month, Brussels Airlines will expand its winter schedule and add an additional ten new destinations to its flight plan.
This is welcome news for Cape Verde residents, visitors and holidaymakers, with Cape Verde being a new destination for the airline, enabling for easy access all year round.
This will be the biggest winter season expansion recorded in Brussels Airlines’ 15-year history. The airline currently handles 80 destinations from Brussels Airport, including 59 short and medium haul and 21 long haul destinations.
Compared to the same period last year, the schedule will now include the additional 10 newcomers. Two destinations of which were already on the summer schedule, have now been added to the winter schedule for the first time. In total 13,359 European flights and 1,166 intercontinental flights are on the plan this winter.
The new schedule will see the expansion of short and medium haul winter sun destinations including the likes of Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Tenerife, and Madeira with Cape Verde, Tunisia and Egypt being a first for the Airline.
